Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

All of our shipping is direct from our own manufacturers or from our Stockport showroom, and offer free UK wide delivery on all orders!  We aim to fulfil all orders within 7 days*.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the delivery.

We also offer free collection from our Stockport showroom - please call in advance if you're looking to come in to see a particular item so that we can make sure that we have stock.

We currently only deliver to mainland United Kingdom, however, please contact us if you require shipping outside of this area and we would be happy to provide bespoke shipping services subject to availability

 

Returns Policy:
Exchanges are accepted for all faulty/damaged goods.  We endeavour for 100% 5* customer satisfaction and would be happy to discuss returns and exchanges whenever you are unhappy with a product.  Please call the shop or contact us via email if you have any issues and we will put it right! 

 

*We aim to fulfil all orders within 7 days, however, due to the nature of some products being made-to-order, this is not always possible.  We will provide shipping updates as soon as an order is placed, or if you'd like to find our more information about a specific item before you order, please contact us via telephone, email or messenger.
